In the past ten years I have seen many changes in the mortgage industry but never as significant as the recent past. Now more than ever you need an experienced loan officer who has not only learned from the past but is capable of dealing with change and adapting to the future.

My husband and I run a unique loan officer team that expands our abilities to insure you have a smooth, successful transaction. We have over 20 years combined mortgage experience from loan origination, processing, loan document drawing and dispersing funds. We have had training in many aspects of mortgage lending in the lines of special first time home buyer programs, Washington State Bond and Local Down payment assistance programs.

We also focus our attention on VA and FHA government lending. In our family and community we have a strong admiration for our men and women serving our country in the armed forces. Currently we three children serving in the Armed Forces. We understand the commitment the families make to have a family member in the service.
